NASYA
Nasya means the administartion of oils through the nasal track. It is considered that the nose is the entrance door to the head, and any of the defects spoiled in the higher region of the clavicle, head and neck are eliminated through the nose, being this treatment specially indicated for respiratory problems, asthma, insomnia, rinitis, sinusitis, stiffness of the neck, lost of smell, memory and problems related to the nervous system.
The treatment of the administration of oils through the nose will be preceded by the application of Amrutanjana cream through chest and throat and penetrating with a herbally steamed towel. The treatment will conclude with a neck and face massage, and if desired, with Abhyanga
