Beginners Courses

This is a good oportunity to start learning the yogic exercices (asana).

This course takes a step by step approach for developing strength, flexibility, good breathing habits, concentration and relaxation.

We will approach the fundamental principles of Yoga:

Proper exercice -Asanas-: Yoga physical postures  help develop a strong, healthy body by enhancing flexibility and improving circulation.
Proper breathing -Pranayama-: learning to breath properly, deeply, and consciously, reducing stress and many diseases.
Proper relaxation -Savasan-: helps keep the body from going into overload mode, easing worry and fatigue.
Positive thinking -Vedanta- and Meditation -Dhyana-: these are the true keys to achieving peace of mind and eliminating negativity in our lives.
