A class built up on gentle yoga-based movements along with your baby, to help gradually and safely to recover not only your figure and muscle tone, but your strength from within. Reconnect with your own body, recharge your batteries and enjoy the practice with your baby in a safe environment with other mothers who share your same path and moment in life.

Anyone can come 4 weeks after a natural birth and 6 to 8 weeks after a cesarean. Feel free to contact in case of doubt.

The class starts at 10:15 but doors are open at 9:45 for nursing, nappy changing or any other duties.

Please bring a blanket or sheet for the baby.
