Vegetarian cooking course

In the new Ayurveda cooking class, our focus will be on seasons. According to Ayurveda, each season is different and following the change of a season, the needs of our bodies change as well. Having a balanced diet, with seasonal vegetables, cereals, and nuts, will help us maintain our health at each season and do the transition from one season to the other, from hot to cold and from cold to hot. We will begin in October with an autumnal cooking class. We will prepare a meal following recipes adapted to the season, as adviced from Ayurveda and contemporary nutrition. We will be working with cereals, nuts and vegetables which can naturally warm you up. At the end of the class, we will have dinner around my table sharing the food we prepared together.

You will need an apron, a chopping board and a good knife.

A nutrition coach session (in FR only)

After a personal health check, we are going to work together on a balanced diet.

In order to set, restart or maintain better eating practices, to regain health, energy and/or stay healthy.

A simple approach to learning to listen to your body, with which we will then elaborate on eating practices to meet your own needs.

I’m certified in nutrition advising after 3 years of training with CERDEN. My practice is a mix of occidental and oriental approaches, inspired by Ayurveda that I practice since 2010.
