This is a great opportunity to start yoga step by step, developing balance between strength and flexibility, getting more efficient breathing habits, and increasing concentration and relaxation.
We will approach the fundamental principles of Yoga:
Exercise, Asanas: Yoga physical postures help develop a strong, healthy body by enhancing flexibility and improving circulation
Breathing, Pranayama: learning to breath more efficiently, deeply, and consciously, reducing stress and helping calm down the mind
Relaxation, Savasana: helps keep the body from going into overload mode, easing worry and fatigue, and being able to relax deeply
Positive thinking, Vedanta and Meditation, Dhyana: learning to make a shift in the mind and to approach life more honestly and with a positive spirit
This course is very appropriate as well if you haven’t been practicing yoga for a while and would like to come back to the body gently and consciously, perfect for mums also after giving birth and needing to practice again
