Private Yoga classes are an opportunity to work more specifically with our bodies and mind’s needs, and they deepen our personal practice and help us go into details. They offer a more suitable schedule when the regular schedules seem not to fit us.
Semi-private session are possible for a group of 4-5 people maximum, with friends, colleagues, partner or family members.
Online private Yoga sessions are also available via Zoom video conference.
